HP Netserver LH6000 - Front Panel light on without Menu, PS1/2 & PS3/4 AUX LED RED light.

The HP Netserver LH 6000 with 3 PSU is down.All 3 PSU is connected with power.All PSU LED is off & front panel is light on but no display.The Power management Board's PS1/2 AUX & PS3/4 AUX LED red light on.During power up,All PSU LED is still off & front panel is still light on but no display.The Power management Board's PS1/2 AUX & PS3/4 AUX LED still red light on,Fans is running.Then the server is off itself.

What is the PSx/x AUX LED indicated?Is all 3 PSU have problem? Or the power management board faulty?

Now, before I power on the server, the PSx/x AUX LED light Red ,And after I power on the server, the PSx/x AUX LED light green & All PSU LED is green.But the Front Panel light on without menu & no display,HDD & CDROM having initial.No beep sound or anything else.
