Re: HP Netservers
HP LH 3
Relased in 1998, using PII classed CPU's. Superceeded by the LH 3000, using dual PIII.
HP E 60
Relased in 1999 (possibly late '98), using a single PII classed CPU's. Superceeded (as far as I know) by the E 200 for PIII's (Uni-processor).
HP LH 3000
Released in 2001, using dual PIII classed CPU's
I know these values are rough, but they are from my own experience over the last few years.
HP LC 2
HP LH Pro
I've not used these, but the LC 2 I'd assume was released in early '98 or possibly earlier.
Anybody else want to pipe in with more accurate dates? HP's site is hard to navigate reguarding product histories that I can find.

Solution
LH 3 & E60
Umm, I stand corrected. The LH3 could take up to PIII 600Mhz (the LH dual).
the LC2 appears to have taken a PII 300-333Mhz processor.
The LH Pro appears to just take PPro/200Mhz processors, which dates it back around '96.
