Increasing Disk space

I have a LH3000 setup with 6 x 36.4 GB disks setup in a Raid 5 configuration. Space lately has been getting a bit tight and it seems we need more disks. How easy is it to add other disks into the current Raid 5 setup? Is it possible at all now its setup?
