when i try to upgrade a lc2000 form NT 4.0 to W2k, i get an error that there is not driver for the 4M-NetRAid-Controller, but there is no 4M-Controller, just a 1M-Controller. What can i do?

Solution
Thomas,
Try this,
Go to start, setteings, control panel
Open Devices
Look for the following four devices:
hpndisk
hpncomm
hpnport
hpn
Disable these devices one at a time (not all may be present) Then click the disable radio button for HPN
Click OK
Restart server
Do Not run the W2kSetup.bat on the W2K drivers diskette
Begin Windows 2000 upgrade..
If this fails it would be best to reinitialize and reinstall the array.. Be Happy with Your Backup before starting this process!
