LC3, no power on after power off the server

after i push the power off button of the server, the server did not start after pushing the power on button. the standby led on the mainboard is on.
how can i restart my server?

hi
did the fans and disk start? if yes, try disconnect power cable, lan cable, periferical cables like modems, printers or ups, let disconected for two minuts, then reconnect.
if fans ond disk doesn't start, open your server and locate the push button if the plastic tab which hold it is not broken, some time also the plastic part located on the front of the srver create problem.
