Hi,

Someone know where I could find "AMI MegaRAID Ultra 428" Bios update for my NetRaid card !

If you read this article it tell that if you put the bios of a AMI card in your HP this would make your raid card compatible with Win2000 ...

I want to try but I counld't find the bios even on Ami web site! (or it all broken links)

2 Bios update :

use this version on S26 only

Do NOT use this version on S26

??? my question is what is S26 ???

Ok I think the difference is :

one is limited to 8 Go drives
the other no but does not display battery message ...
(from what I read in the readme file)

I choose the S26 & flash it sucessfully !

Now I just need to see if this makes it support win2000 ...?

I'll post my progress !

Good news !

It's working but with the 1.66 version of the Bios not the 1.61

To be precise the one said
Do NOT use this version on S26.

The system is booting on 2000...
