LH 3 crashing...
HI There,
I am running a Net server LH3 with Novell Netware 4.2... latley the server has been crashing a couple of times on us, I am tring to get the utilities to run from a newtware platform I want to see if the Hd's are all running properly, and if the mem is there to.... Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If you are using the onboard netraid controller, you can download the HP NetRAID Software for NetWare on this page:

This will require a reboot. If you are using plain SCSI, you will have to reboot and go in to CTRL-C and verify the drives.

You can also use Front panel lcd to check Server Hardware event log for errors. Pls press twice enter on front panel and scroll all hw events. are there some hw relevant errors like single or multi bit memmory errors on slot ...?
You can also download diag tools for HP Netservers to check your hardware. all components can be check in single or continious modus.
