Need some help to install SCO on Net server

We have HP Netserver E200 server, with SCO 5.0.6 server operating system installed on it.
Since last 15 days we are facing a problem with the sever. While starting SCO, server is getting hanged. While SCO starting process when it checks for Hardware, it hangs & stops responding.
SO we tried to reinstalled SCO 5.0.6 Unix server. But while installation when system checks for Hardware server Hangs & it stops the installation process.
We tried with Another SCSI harddisk as well as Memory, it is giving same problem. We also tried with another SCO Media,but no luck.

We tried to installed Windows XP & Windows 2000 Server on same server & same Hardware. It is working fine.

What could be the problem ??

Well...

It could be the APIC configuration the sets it off, or maybe the AGP video or the NIC.

My honest thought is the SCSI controller is at fault. You say it hangs during the install process ( "Checking system state and loading installation files. Please wait" ). This could be the Ultra3 SCSI controller bootstring. You may have to change it...

You could also try the SCSI drivers from SCO: ftp://ftp.sco.com/pub/openserver5/drivers/OSR506/btld/

Thanks for your quick reply. I tired with another SCSI controller card as well as other SCSI Harddisk. Also i tri to installed SCO on IDE harddisk on same server. STill it was giving same error.
