netraid-1si strange error after bios udpdate

on two identical card I've just updated the bios to last version. Now when system boot scsi card says:
channel-0:15
channel-1:2,5
not responding.

Disk cfg has not been changed, raid5 array is working, but, it need a keypress (or ^M to enter in cfg) on the boot process, or stops and stays there. This is boring on a server.

Some ideas how to workaround - what cfg to check for ?
