NetRaid 3si & Non HP disks

Hi,

I have NetRaid-3Si controler and a "box" that has place for 3 disks. I'm trying to change disks and put in it 2 "fujitsu MAN3184MC" Ultra 160 SCSI/SCA2/LVD disks. Unfortunately, the contoler is not recognizing the disks. Any ideas? Something with termination or power switches? Thanks a bunch
