Netserver e 50 hard disk upgrade
I have a client with a netserver e 50 with 2 x 4GB SCSI hard disks running NT4. Both disks are full and severely disrupting server function. I have tried to install a 3rd SCSI disk (80 way with a 60-80 adapter) with no success (couldn't get the SCSI adapter to recognise the disk properly) and also tried installing an IDE drive only to find that the machine attempts to boot from this by default - I need to boot from 1st SCSI drive. I badly need some assistance in getting the machine sorted but don't have the knowledge of HP servers, SCSI setup or NT4 to do it myself! Help, please!
