Netserver E50 and E60

I have a client with both an E50 and E60 Netserver. I intend to upgrade both of these servers to Windows 2000 shortly. Does anyone know of any gotchas with either of these? Neither machine has a Netraid controller. They are using Adaptec SCSI cards.
