I just picked up a NetServer E60, got it for free so I figure I may as well mess around with it. It currently has a PII 450 MHz processor and can support 2 processors, in the other slot is a card with nothing on it and I want to put another processor in it, do I just remove the blank (holder?) card and put another one in? Also does anyone know if the speeds need to match?

Re: NetServer E60 Question
Also forgot to ask, does anyone know what drivers/software I'll need for my server?

Solution
You will need to remove the CPU terminator when adding the second CPU. I'll attach a technical reference card with switch settings etc in case you no longer have this. Strictly, the CPU speed should be the same although you may get away with setting the speed to the lowest CPU MHz. You do not say what OS you're intending to install, however, most all that you need should be available on the download site at http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?〈=en&cc=us&pnameOID=18330&taskId=135&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=45937〈=en&cc=us.

Re: NetServer E60 Question
Thanks for your reply.
As for the OS I'm going to install the only one I have available is Windows 2000 Pro.
