What is the best way to uninstall software off a netware server.

SolutionIt's been a few years, but as I recall the approved tools are INSTALL.NLM (in NW4) and NWCONFIG.NLM (in NW5). Just LOAD INSTALL or LOAD NWCONFIG the appropriate module, and you should be able to select "Product Options". From there you should get the option to remove a product. Select the software in question, and done.
Alternatively, you could just blow away directories, but that leaves a lot of gunk floating around that can confuse NDS. The NLMs are probably the way to go.
