SNMP Failure after installing Netserver agent

SNMP Failure after installing Netserver agent

Has anyone experienced SNMP Agent failure after installing the Server Agent? I cannot get it to run. SNMP consistently fails after 60 seconds with the error "The SNMP Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action." Any help would ne appreciated!
