tc 4100 crashes after security patch applied

I have got tc 4100 server.
1X P III 1.4 GHz
2X 512 Mb
3x36 GB HDD on HP NetRaid 1M

Soft: Windows 2003 STD + SP1. Exchange 2003 + SP2. DNS server, GC.

Once I'm trying to apply all security patches through WSUS marked as critical and important after reboot server goes BSOD:
Stop c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The session manager initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000263.
Microsoft support web site does not give any link applicable in my situaion.

Using winternals ERD commander hotfix uninstaller I managed to remove all hotfixes and server is back online.

Without these patches server functions 24/7/365 without a single failure.

I tried to reproduce situation on another server Net E800 - no luck, all patches applied OK.
What could be possible problem with tc 4100 ?
