Using Top Tool v5.0 on NT4.0 box running Netserver LH6000r. Receiving the following alert:
RAID Trap: Backup Battery Missing
There has never been an external battery so the error does not apply.
The I/O card has been replaced but error still appears. How do make Top Tools recognize the proper configuration and keep this alert from coming up daily???

Solution
hi lyrica
I hope u r using the integrated netRAID controller. The battery installation is optional. So u can discard the message.I am too having this problem.I installed latest Netserver agents as per the advice from HP but the error is till there. So am living with it.
regards
Renjith
