toptools sous linux

je desire installer toptools et ses agents sur un netserver. ma version redhat est 2.2.19-6.2.7.
un patch est dispo sur le web hp/toptools pour creer les drivers.mais la version requise pour ce patch est un noyau 2.45.
le patch ne s'installe pas correctement
y-a-t'il un workarround ?
