Accelerator Status shown as disabled.

Hi All,

I'm using a NAS2000s. Recently, HP did a replacement for the faulty Smart Array 6400 controller card. After replacement the accelerator is shown as permanentely disabled. Attached is a screen capture.

Does anyone know why it has been disabled ?
