If you are running Exchange 2007 SP1, you need to delete/rename the following file from your Exchange server:

C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP All-in-One Storage Manager Agent\Microsoft.Exchange.Management.dll

Hi David,

I am running 2007 SP1 and did rename Microsoft.Exchange.Management.dll on my exchange server and am still receiving this error.

Not sure what other information is needed to resolve BUT it doesn't seem to be impacting anything.

Is there a new ASM client?

Jeremy,

I believe this behavior could also be caused by invalid Exchange admin credentials in the All-in-One Storage Manager agent. You can use the Exchange Credentials Updater (Update_Exchange2007_Credentials.exe) to reset the credentials.

If that doesn't work, you might be able to gain more insight into the problem in the Exchange powershell log file, 'hpkapss.log'.
