When purchasing this product do we still need to order theHA/F100 MSA 1000 media cluster kit??? Or is there a new part number, or does it come as part of the package???

Hi Frank,

Unfortunately, I do not know what is included in the Media kit you reference. But, ...

To cluster 2 DL380G4 Storage Servers on an MSA1000 requires:
- 2 DL380G4 Storage servers (gateway versions) (FC HBAs)
- 1 cluster license per server
- an MSA1000
- a SAN fabric (can be switch in MSA1000)
The multipathing software is included in the Storage Server.
As far as I am aware nothing else is required.
