NAS 1200 & Backup Exec 9.1

I have a few NAS 1200's, each with teh Backup Exec Remote Agent installed. With dual gigabit nic's, backups are fast. However, on restore's, I start out at around 400MB transfer rate, then things always hang on .psd files (Photoshop). Has anyone else seen this problem ?. Backing up the files are not a problem, it is only on restore.

Try to apply the Service Release Kit 3 for the 1200s and see if that helps resolve your issue.

The answer is:

Disable the NFS service. I have a Microsoft Domain, and the NFS service for Netware was hogging the CPU whenever backup started. Also killed the SALDM.exe as it deals with the display and keyboard. Backups now run at 1GB/Sec.
