Failed to create device any equipment

I can´t to create new equipmente in the topology, apear this mensage: Failed to create device MSR36_20_1

Hello,

Try to uninstall HCL / reboot the system and re-install it with launching the exe by right click and "run as administrator".

Once install, lauch HCL "as administartor".
