There is another option, but it is for a router, not a switch. You can try GNS3 or EVE-NG with HPE VSR1000 image. There are pros and cons though:

Pros: Unlike HCL it's a real product that does not simulate features, but implement them as commercial product - BGP, Multicast, VXLANs, EVI, EVPN and many others- all these are implemented properly to be used in production environment.

Cons: As a router it lacks some Layer 2 features as STP etc.
