I'm getting the following error when starting the HNS simulator: See the logfiles C:\Program files

I'm getting the following error when starting the HNS simulator: See the logfile  'C:Program Files (x86)\HCL\SimwareClient.exe.log.

I'm using the version 7.1.59 of the simulator with the oracle virtual box 4.2.24. The same files were used on my other computers with no problem.

In the log file I see the following message: WindowsError: [Error 3] The system could not find the path specified 'C:\\Users\\LuizS\u959egio\\AppData\\Roaming\\H3C'

Try uninstalling & re-install
