HPE Aruba Networking User Experience Interface launches flexible billing options
HPE Aruba Networking User Experience Interface (UXI) has been redefining proactive observability for thousands of its customers by helping them understand end-user digital experience and enabling them to rapidly identify and troubleshoot issues. Keeping pace with demand, UXI has not only been launching innovative AI-powered features but also substantially easing financial commitment for customers with the launch of new as-a-service (aaS) SKUs.
As organizations accelerate digital business transformation and pursue disruption through the adoption of emerging technologies such as generative artificial intelligence (GenAI), digital twins, Web3, and the metaverse, there is an increased demand for consumption-based IT services, including infrastructure, platform, and software. IT leaders are seeking greater financial flexibility and predictable spending while reducing up-front capital costs. According to Gartner, โSaaS remains the largest segment of the cloud market in end-user spending. SaaS spending is projected to grow 20% to total $247.2 billion in 2024.โ
In line with the demand for consumption-based IT services, the new UXI aaS SKUs offer flexible payment options to help customers align new network requirements with budget availability for better cost control. Customers can now avail the following billing options with new SKUs:
- Fixed billingโPurchase a fixed quantity of licenses and pay up front
- Periodic billingโPurchase a quantity of licenses and pay in monthly, quarterly, or annual installments
Unified SaaS subscription experience from edge to cloud
Discover, try, and consume aaS solutions across compute, networking, and storage from a single place and with a frictionless, consistent experience with HPE GreenLake cloud.
UXI works as your trusted remote technician
With on-site deployed sensors and software agents supporting Android, Windows, and macOS, UXI works as your remote technician, running approximately 20K tests per day per sensor to monitor network and application performance from end usersโ perspective. When UXI sensors or agents find issues, they go into an automatic triage mode to uncover the root cause and provide the analysis on an AI-powered cloud-hosted dashboard.
Learn how UXI can help you stay ahead of outages that are impacting your end-usersโ digital experience:
