NIDS 3.0 - Looking for later verion for windows XP

We got some new HP systems on Windows XP and need to install the Microsoft NDIS packet driver.
Can somebody please let me know where I can find this and how to download and install it.

I don't think NDIS 3.0 is available anymore, current versions are 5.1 and 6.0.

Robert-Jan, Thanks for your quick response.
On the download it says that it's for remote NDIS USB driver.
Is this the same for what I need i.e the Microsoft NDIS packet driver??
Pleae forgive my ignorance on this subject.
