raima lockmanager 4.5 netbios on XP

I'm trying to run raima lockmanager version 4.5 using netbios on XP pro. Application cannot see lockmanager and when I try to shutdown lockmanager it causes cpu to spike at 99 percent. Have tried suggestions for DOS lockmanager to no avail. Any help appreciated.

4.5 had support for 95 and NT, but has no support for XP.

You need to move to 6.0
