Regain visibility: AI-powered third-party observability with HPE Aruba Networking Central
This blog coauthored by Ziad Hadi, manager, globa product management and Robin Hodus, product marketing manager, HPE Aruba Networking Central
As businesses move to the cloud, they often struggle with losing visibility into their hybrid network. Traditional network management tools provided direct insights into the entire infrastructure, but moving to cloud-based management has often meant sacrificing this capability โ until now. HPE Aruba Networking Central restores third-party observability and adds AI-driven insights, allowing network operators to monitor and troubleshoot their entire infrastructure from a single, unified platform. Instead of juggling multiple dashboards and dealing with fragmented views, IT teams can see everything in one place.
A single pane of glass for your entire infrastructure
As customers transition to HPE Aruba Networking Central, whether gradually or rapidly, they need a phased approach to migrating their network infrastructure. With third-party observability, HPE Aruba Networking Central extends beyond first-party networking equipment. It provides deep insights into the health and performance of third-party devices, even with heterogenous environments. IT teams can proactively detect and resolve issues before they escalate, keeping their networks running smoothly.
To achieve this, HPE Aruba Networking Central natively integrates with HPE OpsRamp, a recent acquisition specializing in hybrid observability for critical IT infrastructure. It delivers on the better-together promise of HPE GreenLake, by consolidating multiple services into a unified interface thereby enhancing overall network management. Additionally, these improvements extend beyond the unified interface to licensing as well. A single HPE Aruba Networking Central OpsRamp Extension license will be all that is required per monitored device.
Building on the momentum of our AI-powered portfolio, we are excited to broaden availability of the HPE Aruba Networking Central OpsRamp Extension for customers using new HPE Aruba Networking Central. This feature supports a wide range of multi-vendor switches (complete list here), and is sold through a new, one-year license, making is easier for customers to simplify observability across their network.
Transforming network management
With third-party observability fully integrated, businesses no longer need to compromise on visibility when adopting cloud-based management. This feature ensures that IT teams maintain complete oversight of their hybrid environments, keeping their networks reliable, efficient, and responsive to business demands.
