SCTP/IP in HP-UX

Does anybody know Stream Control Transmission Protocol(RFC 2960), and its implementation on HP-UX? What port is it suppose to use in HP-UX?

I've heard that its already implemented in Solaris 8 and on the Linux kernel, but not yet in HP-UX. Any HP document?
