Benefits of our new tier structure

Clarity

With our new tier names, you can quickly understand the general level of service without getting bogged down in technical details. This simplification allows you to focus on choosing the right solution for your business needs.

Consistency

The new structure allows us to update and enhance our product offerings while keeping tier names consistent. This means we can continue to innovate and improve our services while maintaining a consistent naming convention.

Scalability

As your business grows and evolves, you can easily identify which tier aligns with your changing needs. Our simplified structure makes it straightforward to upgrade your service level as your networking requirements become more complex.

Alignment

Our new naming convention aligns better with industry standards, making it easier for you to compare our offerings with alternatives in the market. This alignment helps you make more informed decisions about your networking solutions.

What this means for you

If you're an existing customer, rest assured that this is purely a nomenclature change. The features and capabilities you currently enjoy will remain the same, just under a new, simpler name. For new customers, this change makes it easier to select the right tier for your needs and to scale as your business grows.

The name of your existing licenses might change in your GreenLake portal. See the HPE Aruba Networking Central SaaS Subscriptions Ordering Guide for the mapping of switches and classes.

Looking ahead

This simplification of our tier structure is just one of the ways we're working to enhance your experience with HPE Aruba Networking Central. We're committed to providing you with powerful, intuitive network management solutions that grow with your business.

We're excited about this change and the benefits it brings to our customers. As always, our team is here to answer any questions you may have about these updates or to help you find the right solution for your networking needs.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to evolve and improve HPE Aruba Networking Central to meet the dynamic needs of modern networks.
