SMB at HPE Discover 2025: here’s what you missed
HPE SMB team members showing off our access points and a secure gateway.HPE Discover 2025, our annual event highlighting the latest innovations, technologies, and strategies to help businesses excel in the digital era, made one thing clear: for SMBs, technology isn’t just a topic of conversation—it’s the foundation of their success.
From the moment the event kicked off, HPE reaffirmed its dedication to empower SMBs with innovation built specifically for their unique needs. Across the showcase floor—in the Networking, Compute, and Storage neighborhoods—attendees explored technology intentionally designed to be accessible, scalable, and powerful for growing businesses and enjoyed hands-on demos, expert insights, and a chance to see how we’re helping businesses do more—with less complexity.
Powering AI for SMBs panel team.
One of the Networking neighborhood highlights was the debut of our new HPE Networking Instant On Secure Gateways. Purpose-built for small business environments, these latest additions to the Instant On family deliver enterprise-grade security for SMB networks—without requiring specialized IT staff. For many Discover attendees, the opportunity to explore these gateways up close underscored a key message of the event: simplicity and security don’t have to be mutually exclusive.
But perhaps the most forward-looking conversation of the week came during our “Powering AI for SMBs” session. In a tech landscape where artificial intelligence is often positioned as the domain of massive enterprises, this session made a compelling case for how AI can deliver real, practical value for smaller organizations. Whether streamlining operations, improving customer experiences, or enhancing decision-making with better data insights, AI is quickly becoming a game-changer for SMBs ready to embrace it. However, unlocking AI's full potential starts with having the right IT foundation—one that is scalable, reliable, and built to support the unique demands of SMBs in the age of innovation.
We didn’t just talk about possibilities—we shared clear, actionable steps for implementation. At this packed session, attendees left with tangible ideas on how to begin or accelerate their AI journeys, regardless of size or industry. It was a powerful reminder that the future of innovation isn’t reserved for the few with massive budgets—it’s here for those ready to grow smarter.
As we look ahead, one thing is clear: our commitment to SMBs is stronger than ever. Whether you joined us in Vegas or are catching up from afar, the innovation we showcased at Discover 2025 is only the beginning. For SMBs ready to embrace new technology, simplify their IT, and tap into the power of AI—the future is wide open.
Let’s build what’s next, together. Learn more.
