wake_up by PCI card/LAN

Hi

Suppose if iam switched off the one PC, can i have switched on the PC via network from another computer (wake_up by PCI card/LAN)
pls any one help me

Not that I'm aware of.
You can only switch on turned-off-computers through iLO.

You can turn them off as long as they're on though, through compmgmt.msc, shutGUI, shutdown, remote, and several other tools.

What kind of machine is this going into and what make/model NIC? WoL is supported by a number of makes and models, but there isn't enough information in your email to give you a solid answer.
