Wi-Fi 7 APs for AI-powered Wi-Fi everywhere
New right-sized APs make Wi-Fi 7 more accessible indoors and outdoors
Wi-Fi is needed everywhere. And because everywhere includes such diverse environments, from office space, to manufacturing facilities, to hospitals, to airports, to large stadiums, and even oil rigs, enterprise Wi-Fi requires a solution that offers rightsized features and capabilities. Weโre excited to share that weโre expanding our Wi-Fi 7 access point portfolio to help bring the latest Wi-Fi standard to wherever you need Wi-Fi.
Designed to provide fast, secure, and reliable connectivity in any environment, the new HPE Aruba Networking Wi-Fi 7 access points are ideal for diverse use cases, from high-capacity campuses to medical facilities to outdoor and harsh environments. In this blog, we will explore how the three new enterprise Wi-Fi 7 access points โ the HPE Aruba Networking 720 Series Campus Access Points, HPE Aruba Networking 740 Series Campus Access Points, and the HPE Aruba Networking 760 Series Outdoor and Industrial Access Points โ can transform your Wi-Fi experience no matter where you are. You can read more about our announcement, including news on the HPE Arube Networking CX 10040 Series Switches and the HPE Aruba Networking CX 6300M Series Switches in our press release.
What Wi-Fi 7 APs deliver: faster speeds, more capacity, better reliability
The Wi-Fi 7 standard (802.11be) extends the capabilities of Wi-Fi 6E, including the use of the 6 GHz band. New capabilities include multiโlink operation (MLO) for channel aggregation across different bands and failover, 4096 QAM (4K QAM) modulation for higher peak data rates, and spectrum puncturing to avoid interference or incumbent users of the 6 GHz band.
AI-powered Wi-Fi 7
First letโs begin with the key to optimizing Wi-Fi and thatโs HPE Aruba Networking Central. It makes deploying, fine tuning, troubleshooting, and overall day-to-day management of access points easier with intelligent automation, AI insights, and unified infrastructure management. HPE Aruba Networking access points work with HPE Aruba Networking Central to securely orchestrate users, apps, and IoT connections.
