TACL process opens its OUT file in exclusive mode

Query:

Hi,

Is it possible to control the Access/exclusion mode of the TACL process's OUT file?

We are running a TACL routine as a continuous background process (ex: started with "TACL/IN <routine>, OUT <Logfile>/"). The OUT log file (an 101 file ) is getting opened with R/W-Exclusive mode. So the file replication program is not able to access the OUT log file to make a copy of it to the backup server.
