10 g upgrade going in hung status.
On one of our servers there are 4 databases of which 3 databases have been successfull upgragded to 10g, but for particular database we are facing unknown issue.
The 10 g database upgrade usually took 2-3 hours for the other 3 databases each, but for this particular database we have tried thrice and the updrade doesn't progress or complete's even after keeping it for more than a day.
Database team has already logged a call with oracle and even after their monitoring they are not able to see any issue or error with the upgrade.
The databases gets cloned from the EVA 8000.
The server details are:
HP-UX B.11.23 U 9000/800 615359322 unlimited-user license.
Anyone faced similar issue or any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance.

Re: 10 g upgrade going in hung status.
I have a similar issue going on as with speak with an installation of Oracle App Server 10g on RHEL 5.x boxes.
The installation scripts from Oracle were for RHEL 3 & 4 but not 5. But here's the kicker, Oracle sends us an email identifying the 4 culprit patches, and asks US to verify the code in the new replacement patches.
Seems like Oracle is starting to drop the ball for this is the responsibility of any manufacturer to list System HW and SW requirements. And not ask the client to do the research and verify the code themselves.
I mean really, the client is going to look at Oracle code?
