11.0 vs 11i
We are planning to upgrade the Operating System on K220 and K360 from 11.0 to 11i. Are there any benefits of doing it? What extra functionality 11i provides which 11.0 does not. On K220 we run Sybase and on K360 Oracle. Is there a document on the web that compares the two Operating systems? Are there any reported problems or someone have eperienced an unusual situation.
Thanks

Re: 11.0 vs 11i
Here's another link which would give you lots of information about 11i
http://www.hp.com/products1/unix/operating/index.html
Here is a link to the information library which has lots of info as well.
http://www.hp.com/products1/unix/operating/hpux11i/infolibrary/index.html
Again as to whether you want to upgrade or do a cold install is another very debatable question, but i am sure lot of people would say go with a cold install. There are lots of threads on that issue as well, just do a search on it.
-Good luck
