11.23 install on Itanium (/opt/aCC libraries)

Are the "/opt/aCC" compiler and libraries part of the standard licensed install of HP-UX 11.23 on Itanium? If so, what option was missed on the install? Thank you, in advance.

Dear Michael:

This is a purchasable product that requires a codeword or license and can be found on application CDs. You can verify this by mounting the application cds (there might be five ) and cd'ing into the sub directory and listing the files and directories. If you try to list the application cd products with swinstall then licensed products will be censored until you enter the codeword.
