11.31 tuning issues w/ Sybase RDBMS

We purchased 5 HP Superdome w/ HP-UX 11.23 in the beginning of the year. We just upgraded the OS to 11.31 for the TOBE Production servers (3 of them) and are waiting for the 2 development servers to be upgraded. We don't know the impact the OS upgrade will have on the applications we have developed.
Does anyone have any ideas what we should be looking for in the upgrade and are there any documentations to help us what to look for in the application migration from 11.23 to 11.31?

Also, we have been doing application optimization on the 11.23 and not from 11.31 so we are concerned that we will not get the performance we will need and have to do additional tuning.
