Re: 11i LAN ignite via boot helper trouble
Are there any other options other than an ignite server at each location?
Thanks,

Re: 11i LAN ignite via boot helper trouble
I have had this trouble when using a Fiber Lan card. Could you please verify that you are not using the fiber card and booting of the 100 Mb card on the core I/o. In addition to this please check the duplexity. It should be set to auto negotiate on the switch in case it is a 100 M Card
Thanks
Hari

Re: 11i LAN ignite via boot helper trouble
I got my 5430's to boot and install no problem on the same subnet using the same boot helper. But the 7410 is still having the same issue. Seems this problem is isolated to this type of host?

Re: 11i LAN ignite via boot helper trouble
In addition to the duplexity could you please advice settings for spanning tree protocol.
Thanks
Hari
