11i: netconf LANCONFIG_ARGS[0]="ether ieee"

Hi,

Is there a method in 11i to configure LANCONFIG_ARGS as per subject.
In 11.00 I *believe* it used to be:

INTERFACE_NAME[0]=lan0
LANCONFIG_ARGS[0]="ether ieee"
IP_ADDRESS[0]=192.168.1.2

for example.

Has this been obsoleted in 11i?

Hi Bill,

What are you trying to "tune", frame type? I believe 11i has a bunch of tunable parameters via the ndd command.

Yes. You can use this parameter in HP-UX 11i, HP-UX 11i version 1.6 too.
