11i Using LPSpooler not TPS
I am trying to upgrade to 11i on a B132L Workstation but found my old HP Deskjet printer which I use mainly for simple printing is not supported by TPS.
Is there a way to disable TPS and have the system us the old print method which did support the printer?
Also since loading 11i the /dev port for the "lp" device is not writable, even at the "sh" level. It did "and" does work with 10.20 and 11.00. Don't know if its related to the TPS issue.
Thanks
