Since most customers didn't see 11.20 and 11.22, it means 11i v2 (11.23) or greater.

Your link is highly suspect because it seems it is trying to say for Integrity only but on Integrity you don't need -lcl and you surely don't need cpprt0_stub.s. The link inside the article is stale. Perhaps they meant something like:

-AA is Standard with namespace std:
