Re: 4 port LAN card config.
A5506B seems to be the NIC itself (i.e. 4Port 100baseTX Ethernet LAN Adapter). Are you referring to the APA software perhaps?

Re: 4 port LAN card config.
I got it on a sd-ux depot server on an internal hp site, so can't tell you where it first came from!!
Most likely one of the Apps CDs.
Later,
Bill

Re: 4 port LAN card config.
Pete, I'm just trying to get them configured (claimed) so I can stick a router in one of them and add a route to go out over it.
I'll let you know how I get on.
Cheers

Re: 4 port LAN card config.
That went ok I installed A5506B and the PHNE_26271 downloaded from the patch bit of the website,
All look ok now
Class I H/W Path Driver S/W State H/W Type Description

but in the instructions in the depot, after you run the create_depot_hp-ux_11 and the /tmp/patches/depot has been created and I've installed them, it doesnt mention if I can the delete the /tmp/patches/depot file structure.
Can this be deleted ?
