Do you have strict allocation for that media pool?

Re: 4driver mount request for the same media, what does it mean?

I am wondering if 'pre-allocation' of media is causing this problem. Also, take a look at the media pool and see what the story is there. Do you have scratch tapes in the pool or is the one you mentioned the only one? Can you paste here the first 10-15 lines of your datalist (from /etc/opt/omni/datalists/NAME_OF_DATALIST).
