Installed 4Si RAID controller card is not working porperly. HPUX version 11i

you should install the current HP-UX driver:

What is model name of your server and what is number of slot where the card is installed?

Also, be aware that the RAID4Si card is extremely sensitive to SCSI bus stability issues. In other words, if you have poor termination or a cable problem, the card might be so busy dealing with the SCSI issues that it can lead to other problems.

It is usually best to check out the SCSI bus after confirming that the RAID software is up-to-date.

Finally, it is important to make sure that the latest firmware is being used. U.01.06 firmware is the latest to use on the controller.
