7190 SCSI Host attachment to IBM SSA 7133-020

Currently I have a K380 running HPUX 10.20 connected to SSA drives model 7133-020 using 7190 model 100 SCSI to Host Attachment.I plan to upgrade to box to HPUX 11.xx, but do not know if 7190 SCSI Host Attachment will work under HPUX 11.xx at all. I called IBM to verify, and they replied that "It may work, but they have not tested". I would like to know if anyone has used 7190 under HPUX 11.xx in their environment and has have any success using it. The 7190 is the box that goes in between SCSI and 7133 SSA subsystem, since the 7133 SSA could only talk to SSA adapter, it needs a convertor box in between standard SCSI and SSA subsystem.
