I just installed the A6828A to our N-4000 with 11.0...We used PHKL_27024 and PHKL_29256. (These can be found in the patches area of ITRC.) Once these were installed, we needed to go into the configure the kernel (drivers) to use the c8xx driver too.

Once the patches were installed, and then the driver configured the card (and the attached tape drive) work.
