AB551A graphic card installation problem
Dear All,
I have a rp3440 server which should be connected to a TFT7600 monitor.
I have installed an AB551A Graphics card on this server with the PHSS_34389 patch, recommended for this graphics card installation.
I have put the gvid driver into the kernel.
I then created the XF86Config in the /etc/X11 directory and edited it as indicated in the TFT7600 installation.
The problem is when I restart the CDE with the command /usr/bin/X11/X, I first see the HP symbol on the TFT7600 monitor, then the monitor goes purple and the command freezes on the console of the server and remains freezing until its process is killed.
Your prompt reply and copperation in this concern are highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
John
