about ipfilter error

about ipfilter error

I install ipfilter for hp-ux 11.00 and config it,but when I issue :
#ipf -Fa -f /etc/opt/ipf/ipf.conf
#ipnat -CF -f /etc/opt/ipf/ipnat.conf

the machine will run normally in one minute,
then the machine is halted,why?
please help me
